Publisher Management

Publishers (referred to as "Media Owners" in the platform) are the entities that own the advertising inventory. The platform supports comprehensive publisher management.

Publisher Onboarding Flow

New publishers (Media Owners) can be invited through a structured workflow:

  1. Navigate to Media Owner section (in Management)
  2. Click "Invite Media Owner" button
  3. Enter publisher email, name, and company details
  4. System sends invitation email with activation link
  5. Publisher clicks link and lands on activation page
  6. Publisher sets password and completes profile
  7. Account is activated – visible in Media Owner Account
  8. Publisher can access portal, manage inventory, and view revenue

Inventory Management

Inventory represents the available advertising space across your publishers' properties. Each inventory item defines where and how ads can be displayed.

Inventory Attributes

  • Ad Type - Digital Banner, DOOH, or OTT
  • Format & Dimensions - Size specifications
  • Location - Geographic placement (especially for DOOH)
  • Available Impressions - Capacity information
  • Minimum CPM - Floor price settings
  • Publisher Association - Ownership linkage
  • Status - Active, Inactive, or paused

Creating Inventory

  1. Navigate to Inventory section
  2. Click "Add Inventory" button
  3. Select the publisher/media owner
  4. Choose the ad type and format
  5. Configure location and availability
  6. Set pricing and targeting restrictions
  7. Save and activate
